Foam Applications

Rollers for Material Handling

Foam rollers are heavily used for friction-driven materials handling and other dry applications that require reliable contact between delicate materials and the equipment that processes it.

Foam rollers can be manufactured in an extensive range of sizes and to the most exacting tolerances. Our foam rollers are tuned to deliver the ideal ink release rate for flawless coverage and clarity on every impression.

Ink Metering

Porelon microporous polyurethane foam is ideal for applications such as ink rollers for printing calculators and cash registers, price-marking and label guns, ribbon reinking, and lumber marking.

Our chemists can alter pore size, density, fluid composition and viscosity to achieve precise fluid delivery for many applications.

Ink Applications

Carton Marking Inks

Designed for marking corrugated cartons with date and time codes, bar codes, product information and graphics, these inks provide high color density, quality and print contrast for clean, clear marking on any color carton.

Stamps and Stencil Inks

Whether for hand stamps, stamp pads, or stencils, our inks, are non-evaporating and non-fading. Our inks optimize print quality on a wide range of substrates without sacrificing inking time or cost effectiveness.

Lumber Marking

These low-maintenance ink products won’t freeze or evaporate in the harsh outdoor conditions of lumber mills. Used for quantity coding and stock grading, these American Plywood Association-approved inks are ideal for marking plywood and OSB board.

Endorsement Inks

Developed for use in check processing equipment, ledger printers, cash registers and ATM machines, these OEM spec inks are available in a wide range of colors. OCR and IR readable (or invisible), these inks won’t “strike through” and their high print quality, archivability and clarity make them a perfect choice for check processors.
