Porelon develops inks, inking systems and fluid absorption systems for a diverse range of applications. Our end-to-end process precisely matches inks to foam, taking into account issues such as durability, dry time, operating temperature, weatherability and application surface. We are able to manipulate the properties of our formulations to control factors such as hardness, density, coverage and porosity to create products that meet exacting specifications. Porelon manufactures thousands of unique product designs each year in five primary platforms: Salt-Leached Foams, Ink, Premix & Gels, Ribbons & Ink Rolls and Accuflo™.
