Porelon chemists have decades of experience in developing inks, dyes and pigments for all types of applications,
including industrial and desktop inkjets. We apply several patented and proprietary processes and formulas in
the creation of custom porous and non-porous formulations. Each ink has unique properties based on variables such
as the usage environment, the nature of the application system, substrate permeability and rheology. Porelon
customizes print quality to a broad range of substrates - from rice paper or cardboard to glass and kraft paper -
and controls factors such as ink intensity, viscosity, flow rates, print life, weatherability, archivability,
print density and drying time. We can also color-match inks and create fluorescent, invisible and other special
formulas for unique applications. In situations with stringent print quality standards such as bar coding, Porelon
inks deliver class-leading performance, clarity, life and archivability for advanced applications. Quality control
is paramount and Porelon inks, dyes and pigments always perform to spec, especially when paired with our
foam ink rollers and stamping products. Porelon inks are formulated
to be environmentally friendly and are free of Hazardous Air Pollutants (HAPs).
