SP™

SP™ ("Simplified Process") stamps are high quality pre-inked stamps that can be produced in a single day. Prior to the introduction of SP™, manufacturing custom stamps was a two-day process. By adding an absorbent backing on top of the premix before vulcanization, Porelon's chemists dramatically increased the efficiency with which custom stamps are produced. The backing bonds permanently to the premix, absorbing excess ink to produce a dry stamp that is immediately ready for cutting and mounting. The SP™ process also increases the yield of stamps per gallon of premix by 30-40%, which drives down the production cost-per-unit for stamp manufacturers.
